DIRECTORS
Grant has completed his National Diploma in Graphic Design at the College of Cape Town in 1994 and completed several design-related courses and programmes as well as desktop publishing courses.
He has a natural flair for computers and is known as the “Apple Guy” due to his interest in Mac platforms. Being a outstanding and experienced Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator, he has an amazing ability to stream students into diverse fields and disciplines; he is indeed a talent scout and mentor of note. Grant has lectured for College of Cape Town as well as at Mediaworks Trust and the Arts and Media Access Centre.
He is the co-founder and Co-director of Cyan Development Concepts and applies himself actively to the growth of the business and the development of people, especially within the creative sector. He firmly believes that artists and entrepreneurs are able to merge their artistic skills with their business savvy for job creation and profit.
She matriculated at Modderdam High School in 1987 and completed various short courses since. Her work experience started in a printing company in 1989 and she later started working as an Administrator at ERIP at UWC.
She then was employed as an Administrator and advanced to Training Manager and Operations Manager at the Arts and Media Access Centre. She has also worked as a Facilitator, Assessor and Learnership Manager on the NQF4 Arts and Culture Administration and NQF4 Design Foundation qualifications. She has been a qualified Assessor since 2004, Moderator since 2006 and Skills Development Facilitator.
She has extensive knowledge of accreditation and the SETA landscape. Celestine is the co-founder and Co-director of Cyan Development Concepts. She attended The Innovator trust SMME Incubator Programme from 2016 to 2018 and has developed her business savvy. She believes that individuals and businesses are able to grow through training and mentorship.
